PST is a Microsoft propriety file format which is used by Outlook and other compatible Microsoft products (for example you can import it into your hotmail calendar). CSV is a more widely used (and therefore) compatible file format so should be compaible with other 3rd party calendar programs or online calendars, a couple of posts earlier someone mentioned that they managed to import this into their Gmail calendar for example. Rule of thumb, if you use Outlook/Microsoft then use the PST, anything else then use the CSV. Macintosh however uses iCal...although there are conversion programs available on the web.

anyone who doesn't have or doesn't want to pay for outlook, just google open office, its as good as outlook for day to day tasks & its free
