Slightly disagree. Can't see us getting a single point from that lot.
Watched the watford game and think there is something to work with. Yes the performance wasnt great but scoring goals at crucial moments dictate a game more than a teams general play. And we missed some fantastic chances.
So with that in mind I wouldnt venture too far away from what we saw in terms of system (although if we play more on the front foot thatl help lanzini for sure)
Hart
Zaba Reid Ogbonna Masuaku (think he deserves his chance again)
Obiang/Noble sitting with Kouyate and Fernandes either side
Arnautovic Ayew Lanzini in a fluid front 3.
Gives us a mix of energy and ball players to cope with a very fluid Leicester.
But it all comes down to the first goal as it wont be a great place to be friday night if we go 1 nil down early.
Gotta play Masuaku. He might be a bit of a defensive liability but a least he offers SOMETHING going forward and at home against Leicester,we have to be vaguely attacking. When I see an upcoming West Ham fixture,I just anticipate 2 hrs of boredom and anger followed my more anger from the result. Not good for me.Thanks Sullivan,Brady and Gold.
I wouldn't put Carroll out there, not even on the bench. After the press reports on his elbows last week he'll be a target. Martinez should be ahead of him.
Even with my most optimistic head on, I reckon this is going to be horrible. 0-2

Could not care a less of the result
I'd take a relegation, it might weed out the day trippers and make it more enjoyable
I have to ask a question on the above. I'm a West Ham die-hard but happen to live in Canada and can only come over once a year (if that). Does that make me a "day-tripper".? I'm not being sarcastic, I really want to know the definition. I've always felt welcome pre-game pints and in-game but now wondering if I'm getting the whispers when I turn my back.
Either way, I'm still coming over to see 'em.
I’d say a day-tripper is a tourist with no real affinity to West Ham, a half and half scarcer who is there to see the former premier league champions rather than West Ham

It’s been coming for 18 months, and it’s well deserved
Any charm offensive they may attempt is too little too late.
