It's easy to understand why people think this one might be tight, especially given the way West Ham have improved with that three-pronged central midfield of Scott Parker, Mark Noble and Thomas Hitzlsperger.
Manager Avram Grant has got them playing good football, they've won their last two league games and if they carry on like this they'll pull clear of the bottom three. But Tottenham are very strong at home and, on this occasion, I just feel they will have too much attacking talent for the Hammers.
I don't think Spurs are going to win the Champions League, so it's critically important for them to pick up points from matches like these if they're going to finish in the top four and keep their place at Europe's top table.

West Ham v Man Utd (1245 BST)
Before the international break, West Ham had started playing much better and were looking much stronger - everyone now knows about their 4-3-3 formation and how effective it is. They do not look quite so susceptible to conceding goals either.
This is not going to be easy for Manchester United, who have got their Champions League quarter-final at Chelsea on Wednesday to think about as well as this game. Most of their players have been on international duty, and then they are chucked back together again for a couple of days ahead of a tricky away trip.
So I am going to go for a draw at Upton Park, which for West Ham would be an excellent result.
Prediction: 1-1
Were doomed I tell ya.................doomed!

Every day I'm finding myself liking him just a nanometer more.
That's because he's a day closer to dropping dead.

That analogy comes from living in the sticks. Looking around myself here in Basildon General, I'd say his hair looks more like a gelled skunk.cannockhammer wrote:Is it me or does his hair look like the roof off a thatched cottage.

Bolton v West Ham
Following Stuart Holden's long-term injury, there might be one or two Bolton midfielders thinking they have got a chance of a game at Wembley in next week's FA Cup semi-final so I don't think having that on the horizon will affect the outlook of Owen Coyle's side too much.
West Ham have to look at last week's defeat by Manchester United as a blip, because apart from that they have been in good form, but I cannot see them getting a win or a draw at the Reebok Stadium.
Prediction: 2-1
Could it be our time to do them at theirs?? He's still a c*nt though. And this week he has a pair of tits giving predictions too

West Ham v Aston Villa
Aston Villa got over the line last Sunday by beating Newcastle but their performance was only OK at best.
You have to think they can improve and build on that but, in contrast, West Ham got a thumping at Bolton and look like they are just starting to dip again after a good run.
I don't think there will be much between these sides and I am pretty sure Villa boss Gerard Houllier would settle for a point at Upton Park. Out of the two clubs, you worry a lot more about West Ham's survival prospects than you do about Villa's.
Prediction: 1-1

No surprise there, then.Chelsea v West Ham (1730 BST)
West Ham have been repeatedly knocked back just when I thought they were going to climb away from the danger zone - first when they lost 4-2 against Manchester United after leading 2-0 at half-time and then with defeats against Bolton and Aston Villa.
Things are not going to get any better for Avram Grant's side this weekend because I don't give the Hammers a chance of getting anything against a Chelsea side who have got plenty to play for despite being out of the Champions League. The Blues have got a very good chance of finishing second now, and will still hold out hope of leaders Manchester United slipping up, especially as they still have to play United.
Chelsea still are not the team they were, but I cannot see them having too much trouble collecting all three points.
Prediction: 2-0
