I'm not averse to hymns being used in football grounds, some work incredibly well. However, this one makes me want to puncture my own ear drums. It's a subjective thing, of course and quite clearly there are people who must like it....but to me it just sounds wrong.
Don't get me wrong mate, I hated the Trevor Morley song with a passion and would refuse to sing it. Each to their own. :D

Its not ideal for our fella i agree, but if we can't get anything better it'll have to do I guess...

What about singing his name to the tune of the bin dippers "Liverpool, Liverpool, Liverpool etc...it would sound like this:

Demba Ba, Demba Ba, Demba Ba.

Demba Ba, Demba Ba, Demba Baa...aaa.

Demba Ba, Demba Ba, Demba Ba.

Demba Ba Demba Ba

Cheers CH  On the piss in spain last year in a bar before the game with a load of Villareal fans in between their 'yellow submarine' and other songs got up on my own and sang 'bubbles' and had about thirty people ask me afterwards if it was a hymn, obviously i must have appeared to be some lonely, crazed, pie eyed, ingles, religous zealot..............or not?
