Would rather Pardew over DiCanio . The guys a mentalist. Part of me is intrigued to see what would happen and it is possible that his love for us could make him curb his behavior a bit as he spent so long wanting the job he wouldn't want to balls it up.
But I still wouldn't take him on. Just cant shake the feeling that him and the Daves wouldn't gel and the whole thing would be a complete f*****g disaster.
Plus I'm willing to bet my left nut that a gentlemen's agreement is already in place with the guy they want to take us to the Olympic stadium.
Cheers CH

Thanks Mr CH.
I am now starting the long journey into work and will spend the time daydreaming about what would happen if PDC were in charge.
It would either be an absolute success or an absolute disaster. Cannot see it being anything in between.

like most people, i loved di,canio as a player.
but in my opinion i dont want him in charge of west ham.
i dont think he is a good manager, and his man management skills seem to be pretty poor, [sunderland].
obviously you can only go on what you read, but at the time the players and the hierachy at sunderland [and swindon] were not very complimentary.
i want someone in charge like koeman at southampton [my manager of the season by the way], and pochetino at spurs who will turn spurs in to a top four team given a couple of years and the money needed.
we have an opportunity coming up with the OS, and the possible massive increase in gate receipts, to go places as a club.
but that will only happen with the right manager, and that imho is not di,canio,

I'd have DiCanio if we were in league one.

When West Ham fans judge whether they would or wouldn't want Paolo back , do they recall his time at Sunderland or Swindon ?
I think that there was too much going at Sunderland for him to succeed and they've still to sort it out .
He would certainly care , he would be passionate and he wouldn't slouch in his comfy Recaro Chair like someone out for a day by the seaside .
Put Paolo Di Canio in charge for our last season at The Boleyn !!

So go from a manager that delivers what he's been asked to a complete fruit loop - somehow makes perfect sense to some west ham fans.
