When I was in Hospital for an operation on my spine all I could think about all night was the scene from Wrong Turn 2 where a mutant hillbilly splits open his victims back .
The sheets on my bed were soaked from sweat by morning .
Good Luck , Steve - They know what they're doing , mate .

Cheers CH, good read that, while I am sitting in van trying to get warm and see if I can dunk a whole packet of rich teas!
Fingers crossed the poke in the eye will pay off in the long run

Hope all went well today, CH.
I can feel your pain. I had corneal erosion around the time of the 1990 World Cup.
The cornea would tear on its own, randomly, heal and then tear again. I went through this for about 6 months then a new doctor did microsurgery where he punched about 30 holes in my eye so the cells could anchor. He was a fabulous doctor. It hasn't reappeared since-touch wood.
All the best.
