All perfectly normal in commercial property. I would stake my house on the stadium not being in government ownership beyond the 2017 WACs.
Will our owners be keeping an eye on Villa's plans for a trail standing area ? If we stayed at the Boleyn and with a new East stand to be built the timing of including an area for standing could make for a good reason to stay.
