As someone who has been anti the move to the OS (not anti a move to our own football stadium) what has irritated me with the information now released is that there was not actually any bar to developing the East Stand at the BG as We were led to believe. We were referred to an apparent problem with any new stand blocking the light into the tower blocks behind the East Stand. But it transpires Galliard are going to build 11 storey blocks of apartments which are taller than the proposed news East Stand.
