I'm in Hackney Wick every day, you can't avoid the looming spectre of the Olympic Stadium, just like you can't avoid the hordes of hipsters.
20 years from now, will Hackney have a West Ham presence on the same level as the North London clubs? Well Arsenal clearly have more but you know what I mean.
Where do you see the OS move having a geographical shift for West Ham support?
Will the OS turn Hackney into a West Ham area?

Whoever is succesful will attract youngsters.
Don't think many out of that area go football anyway so it doesn't matter.

Re: Will the OS turn Hackney into a West Ham area?
I live in Hackney and after Arsenal, I see people wearing West Ham more than any other club. And of course there is the stall in Ridley Road Market decked out with West Ham flags and the guy who sells old West Ham Fila socks amongst others.

I live in Hackney as well and its a funny mix. I'd say its 40% Arsenal, 30% Tottenham, 10% West Ham and 20% every other club. Over the longer term that would change of course given the proximity.

Kent with the rail link .
It might improve for us in Kent , as I travel in from Ebbsfleet it's already a mixed bag already with Gooners and Spurs and some Chelsea.
It appears there is a goos support base up from Ashford , however it's seems to be train that comes in from the Medway towns have the Gooners and Spuds

Some Kent lot I know make the effort for every 3pm Saturday game, not like you can't get to Stratford already and get the tube

Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham in that order in Hackney.
Spurs are not as big as people seem to think they are round here though.
