Arnold Hills and Royal East Club London Prices

Post by Pop Robson »

From WHO, http://www.westhamonline.net/forum_flat.php?7561324||1||" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

£1500 one off membership fee for the lounges per seat

3 year commitment at £408 direct debit per month

Membership fee can be recouped on sale but West Ham take 10% of the sale fee

It's very expensive for non corporate fans - they will not reveal the prices for the next corporate level down yet

Ties in with what they said at the bondholders meeting, which was membership and £200-£300 a month

£16k for 3 seasons not bad, cheaper than a new car every year

That works out at £280 per game if you attend all 57 games over 3 years, I shall wait for the affordable football seats somewhere up in the gods with my binoculars.

IF they can secure a large amount of corporate sales at those sums it is little wonder why they were desperate to move us with NO say by the everyday fans like you and I.
Silly money for a club like us. Silly.

We already make more money in Corporate than in season ticket sales.

Don't see what the issue is with corporate companies will pay for it, my companies seats at Wembley for 10 years costs more and you don't even get concerts for free or NFL games etc

Just football

A corporate jolly at Stratford with meal, west ham and casino is going to be more appealing to the east side city boys than going west or north surely.

Joe Public news

When will we find out more about General Admission migration?

More information about the Season Ticket seat selection process in the new Stadium will be communicated to existing Season Ticket Holders and the wider supporter base before the end of this year.

When will we find out General Admission pricing?

2016/17 Season Ticket pricing will be announced in early 2015 ahead of the General Admission appointments at the Reservation Centre.

When all those in the Lower Bobby and Chav Corner realise that they will have to pay an increase of 150% for an equivalent ticket, I wonder how they'll react?

Any idea Estuary if the £350 is a kids' ticket or a full price one?

On the contrast £350 for an adult ticket is pretty good and will mean many priced out will now be able to attend.

By then our cheapest seat at UP would probably have reached £700 so they essentially able to reduce the lowest prices season tickets by 50%

I too am surprised if indeed the dearest normal season ticket is £1500 as it's a massive jump up on price, I expected the first season to have the dearest at £999 as it keeps it under the 1k marketing etc..

£1200 for Band 1 £1000 for band 2 maybe but £1500 does seem steep unless they are planning on bringing in Messi; so be interesting to see if those figures are correct.

It's pretty bad if they are not considering the length of time someone has held a season ticket for for transferring over either... The fact someone that has held a band 1 for only one season will get first dibs over someone holding a Band 2, 3 or 4 seat for 10 years is a bit of a joke.

when you say the many that are priced out will be able to attend with a £350 ticket, do you mean the current band 1 season ticket holders who will asked to pay up to £1500,to be honest i will be amazed if they do charge that it works out just short of £80 per match.

Of course they will, funded by ....

The club aren't discounting anything, they will merely redistribute the wealth from those who will pay the £1500 .

In fairness though , £350 is a reasonable price , it's not too far off 1985 prices adjusted for inflation and tax changes .

I think that's a fair price bracket. Cheapest seats comparable to Man City's £299 cheapest STs and most expensive compare favourably to Arsenal's £2000 STs. All we need now is a comparable squad and we'll e laughing.

ps that's the first non-negative post on the OS that Ive ever seen pinky write... :?

and you can't downgrade seats...

So if £1500, £1200, £999 or whatever it is happens to be too expensive :(

I wasn't thinking of getting a season ticket at the o.s, but if they do sell tickets for £350 which equals £18 per game, why not? I can invest some cash in a good pair of binoculars, its just a shame the cat 1 season ticket holders will be subserdising my ticket with their £1500 ticket (£78 per game)
Karen Brady did say in her interview that some tickets would be dearer, as to offer cheaper tickets, she may be true to her word.

I am not sure about that Pop, it is not possible to offer like for like to all so there must be some downgrading. But you will have to wait until the down grade seat section opens for sale.

When they reveal the open and transparent migration policy to all, then everyone will know :?
