Re: Formula1 2019
Yes fair enough and I also realise if you swapped Hamilton and Kubica then the leaderboard would look somewhat different.
But the guy can drive, under pressure, in all conditions. He can set the car up correctly too

Re: Formula1 2019
I agree with Dan by the way. Reading the BBC comments site there is no doubt that a portion of posters resent Hamilton because of his colour. Not everyone of course, but they are out there.
They usually dig him out for his lifestyle, or doing his own thing, or having interests outside of F1 or not conforming to type. Yet they are the first to cream themselves over Kimi being cool and aloof or hark back to the glory days of playboy James Hunt who was more interested in shagging than driving.
I still think he may end up at Ferrari. The chance to seal his career by taking them to a title may be too good to turn down. Quite why people think Toto would take Vettel is beyond me. Busted flush.

Absolutely right , Alonso possibly would have won the title in that car but the Merc as a total package definitely was still better and still is.Bend it like Repka wrote:
Without doubt Ferrari had a car capable of winning the title in 17 and 18. The difference was then down to the driver.
This year yes. Previously, no.

I like Hamilton though, his bellend accent grates a bit and I think in equal cars Max would beat him now but no doubting what he has done in F1 really.

Re: Formula1 2019
I really don’t get this whole Max would beat him in an equal car. I mean no one can prove it but Hamilton is in a class of his own in all conditions, manages tyres extremely well and hardly ever makes any error.
Sure Max certainly looks like he has something about him but he’s still far too immature and inexperienced. Over a season Hamilton would still come out on top imho.

In like for like cars, Lewis beats Max right now. That could change but for now, Hamilton is the Master.

Only someone like Sullivan could end up being named in every article in a circus like this.
There is obviously some bigger PR play here for Storey himself. The Rich Energy twitter account is also comedy.

Listening to Stroll talking like he's a real.driver and not just the beneficiary of a lucky decision by his team.
