I'm out the next couple of weekends

Well try to make a plan this weekend to fit in the Taylor and Ohara Davies fight this weekend

Zero chance of making an effort to watch Eubank Jr and that cereal box title he is defending

The lineup for the World Super Series is bloody lovely

The Cruiserweight lineup is superb

The Super Middleweights has really taken shape now. Groves, Cox, Callum Smith and the winner of Abraham and Eubank Jr

Brilliant for boxing

Sammy mcness absolutely blown away tonight. Probably too soon to be taking on opponents of that quality. Trouble in the crowd involving the big Westham following as well.

Taylor smashed up Davies just now, called out Burns, a bit too early for that but the lad looks decent.

Was at the Copperbox on Saturday, gutted for our boy sam mcness, looked a proper step up in class for him and hopefully something he can learn from & come back better.

Sam had sold around 300 tickets, so there was a strong west ham contingent there, Byfield has around 30/40 of his 'ghetto' mates (as he put it). Sammy got given a proper schooling in the ring which prompted byfield and his following to run to the west ham section and mock the hammers sign, not a smart thing to do. Properly went off for a good 30 mins or so, security was shocking, wasn't a pretty sight over there. As I was leaving at the end of the night there was blood splattered all over there floor & on the seats.

What would be interesting is if Sam manages to fight the English champ Ted Cheeseman from bermondsy who has a big millwall following, think they may have to call in the riot police if so.

Frank Warren shows are notoriously poor events on every level, including security

I fear that may be it now for Sammy, in terms of ever going above domestic level. That fight was too soon for him and he got smashed about the place, but Byfield is hardly great, it will be interesting to see how he comes back from this.

I think Burns is smart enough to come up with a decent game plan against Taylor, who strikes me as a little too confident for his own good, there were times on Saturday when a clever boxer would have caused him serious trouble when he went to the ropes for a breather, Davies was just too sloppy.

I think Burns is absolute washed up, he wasn't that good to begin with, Warren's brilliant(for him) match making made him

Whist its a massive set back for Sammy, id argue that its not 'it' for him just yet.

Granted id never seen Asinia Byfield fight prior to Saturday night, the way he constantly switched his stance to southpaw and his long rangey reach made me think hes much better than your standard 'southern area' belt holder. Give Sammy a few months rest now, get back in the gym and spend the majority of 2018 getting himself back in the frame for a domestic belt, whether that may be southern area, English or british title. what he must avoid is doing what fellow hammer Mitchell smith has done, who seemed to be flying through the ranks but has now only fought twice in 2 years after his first defeat in 2015.

Mayweather v McGregor will cost $99.99 for pay-per-view in HD, $89.99 in standard definition. Phew!

I just can't see Sammy ever reaching world level now, he might forge a career as a decent domestic level boxer but a beating like he got really could take it out of him this early in his career.
