If West Ham are still owned by the current bunch and we sign Jimenez that will probably be all our tranfer budget gone, so we will have still sell before we buy anyone else.

Thanks mr ben.

So are the accounts showing the £37m loss including the pay out (£21m) to sheff u ? If so why are they showing the full amount and not just what was payable that year ?

£24 million to McC*nt.

How did we manage to f*ck that one up so bad?

I suppose that we have to be grateful that BG didn't buy himself a super yacht and then pass those loans onto us as well....

Because the accounts are prepared on an accruals basis (recognising income as it is earned and expenditure as it is incurred) and not on a cash basis.

So these accounts should be the lowest point, as it was from that point on the selling and cut backs where being made.

Indeed Party. Duxbury told us the accounts were a disaster. He didn't lie there for sure.
He also said things were a lot better now and we would have money to spend next summer.

So the panic is over now. Unless we get relegated this year
