If West Ham are still owned by the current bunch and we sign Jimenez that will probably be all our tranfer budget gone, so we will have still sell before we buy anyone else.

Because the accounts are prepared on an accruals basis (recognising income as it is earned and expenditure as it is incurred) and not on a cash basis.

He also said things were a lot better now and we would have money to spend next summer.
