Since they started paying over £80k a week for old players

I am 50/50 on Benayoun, I do believe never go backwards, plus he wages would have been crazy

Carlton Cole tweeted that Guti had joined up with the team, and maybe said he had signed then deleted it. Now everyone thinks they have breaking news on it

@Neil Carr, not too many questioned your posts (and even less your obvious ITK-status).

And for me, your posts are always read with respect and belief.

Anyhow, good to see that Guti might be coming after all.

Best bit was one of those ITK mugs @NewsWHUFC making up a story about the owners getting a package together and Big Sam pulling the plug, before Yossi said it was a joke. He's now saying that his source AND Yossi both lied to him

Why do people keep being surprised about QPR? I'm constantly seeing people putting them down for relegation this season and/or wondering how they're getting players - they've spent big for more than a year now.

It was the same when everyone was celebrating Bolton going down over them at the end of last season. That was a terrible result for us - not only did it swap one team that couldn't spend for one that will, but it ate away into our one other advantage in the transfer market of being a London club. There's no chance of QPR going down this season.

Agree about QPR. I was sceptical about Fernandes being a bullsh*ter all mouth no action, but he seems to be doing a good job there. New training ground and a press conference on Monday apparently regarding a new stadium. We're not a better choice choice then Fulham or QPR at the moment we're probably level with QPR edging it on wages and Fulham offering stability. We need to pull our finger out this season. Hopefully we sign some more quality player so that perhaps we can move up the pecking order...
