Great idea. This shows that we really mean business.
Keep it up fellas.

Just a smal point. The URL is www.SWWW.co.uk but the title on the site is "Win When We're Singing". Pedantic I know...
well done on getting the website up and running. when i clicked on petition it said i've already added my name to it. how come
Blimey! I don't post on here for a few months at look what happens! You guys actually Organise something!
Good work fellas. Petition signed. Weird how the poll shows that people think the BML should be the designated singing area, I think the fans in the BML will always sing regardless.... that's why I voted for elsewhere!
Just voted ... only a month late, but never mind ... and it's got to be the West Stand. Being a yokel, who doesn't get to every game, I end up at the back of the West Upper ... great view but total ***** atmosphere, even by recent UP standards. What's worse, if you do start to sing or chant -which I thought was the whole f*cking point of seeing a game live - everyone looks around like you just farted in public.
My point is, you don't need singers in the Bobby Moore. You need 'em where the atmosphere's worst, to give everyone around them a jolly-up. Plus, we'd be closer to Brown and thus in a position to chant exactly what we think of him when, for example, he goes and sells Chris Cohen. Because he will, you know, he will ... Meanwhile, good work everyone who's organised the peition, got the site up, contacted the club, etc. A superb example of fan-power in action ...
Alright lads...
Thought i'd knock this up. You can use it if you want on the sit or anywere else. http://www.trenzhost.com/files/Repka2/S ... inning.jpg If the image is too big just tell me. Anything else PM as well.
I was thinking the other day that there should be some "unofficial" rules for the singing section when it comes into effect.
Maybe you can all post your ideas and we can collate them later on? I would suggest rule number 1 is, you must hold your arms aloft \o/ whilst belting out Bubbles when the players are walking onto the pitch. Ive always visioned the whole stadium doing this. It could have the same spine tingling effect as never walk alone does with the scarves at Anfield.
2. Allow flags in the area....
3. Everyone in the singing section must have an item of Claret & Blue clothing on show
Unless it's "Stand up if you can't see because someone's waving a flag in front of you"
Paul Aldridge has today e-mailed me the club's current position in regard to "singing areas". Very encouraging, I think you'll agree :-
" Both Steve Kitcher and I enjoyed the meeting and look forward to progressing the ideas discussed. The Club is always keen to consider initiatives that might improve the matchday experience for supporters. During the discussions it became apparent that certain logistical complications will need to be resolved, but in principal if there is sufficient demand for a designated singing area, we will certainly play our part in trying to introduce it." "I have spoken with Jeremy following your meeting with him and know he is very keen to receive further feedback on the music and style of pre-match and half time entertainment supporters would like to hear." SIGN THE PETITION PLEASE. WE NEED TO DEMONSTRATE A GROUND SWELL OF SUPPORT NOW. All the best Chim
Just want to give a general :niceone: to all those that are helping make this happen. Also thanks to those at the club for even considering this, youve gone up in my estimation.
Lets hope we can make this happen. SIGN THE PETITION PLEEEAAASSSE :!:
Replied to your PM sir...:doff:
