Has been attracting alot of interest for a while now from English Clubs seen him play once last season seemed solid enough although personally I rate the English Leagues more than Spain and think someone like him could excel here

He'd be no bloody good at all

He was "made up" when he met Graeme Souness. Oh and those head butts would get a red card every time.

Played in the two qualifiers against Ireland and if I am not mistaken Keane kicked the ***** out of him over there but was much better when Keano was suspended for the return leg in Dublin. I think he was the guy who most of the play went through and considering how well they are doing in the group it speaks volumns for the chap. I just hope he is not a typical eastern european moody b*stard, can u see him fancying the north of England during winter?

I assume the idea of this card entry scheme is to try and tackle that a bit.

Cautious optimism is the name of the game here, but as many of you have pointed out if he is "that good" why are only us and Bolton after him. Goals from midfield are great but we need goals up front.

Pardew buy a b***dy striker pleeease....................

But on that token, Bolton were the only team to take an interest in Stelios, Okacha and Jaidi too and I'd take all three of those.
