FIFA: Is it true you tried to tap up Jossi Benayoun.

Pardew: Shut up i wasn't even anywhere near there, Cos you see theres this whole thing right, me and Terry went down the wimpy and we saw fat Sam give Jay Jay a bite of his fanny fart. So yossi said he didn't wanna join Bolton cos Fat Sam fancied him. If he offers you sweets don't take em cos he's dirty
.

Benayoun

Post by BenayounAce »

Hey everybody, just wanted to say how lucky you guys are to have Benayoun.
Always had a sympathy to West Ham since Berkovic played here, guess from now on I'll be sort of a fan of WH. (yes, I am Israeli)
I don't know what really went on in the last 50+ pages, so I am sorry if what I'm saying now has already been said.
If you really want to get a sense of Yossi's talent, you should somehow get a hold of clips (on the net?) from Israel VS Switzerland or a clip of his goal in Israel VS Cyprus (or was it Cyprus VS Israel?).
He also scored a very nice goal against Deportivo La Coruna this year (he scored a hattrick, but one of the goals was a powerful shot from out of the box after a corner).

All I can say is that after watching one of his extremely technical goals (like the ones against Switzerland, Cyprus or some of his goals back in Maccabi Haifa) you are simply captured by them. I really recommend to get a movie-clip of one of these goals.

Good luck in the Premiership :)

Is Katan better than Yakubu?
as a striker?
no!!!
yakubu was bought from us(maccabi haifa).

katan is a great player and is the second best israeli player...
can you guess who is the first?????????????

(for the record: I'm not a Maccabi Haifa fan)
I don't know if Katan is better than Ya'akubu, but he is a big talent (he scored a beautiful goal against Man Utd 2-3 years ago when Haifa beat them 3-0).

Jesus this is dragging on - at least the boys are doing the business in Sweden whilst the saga drags on. Hope we get him though as he looks a real talent in the video.

On teletext Pardew seems to think we have got him, he said he just wants the lose ends to be tied up and called it a great day for the club  , he must rate him then.

Benayoun video? If so do you have a link?

Benayoun and Israeli press regard it as a done deal, so I think you can too.

I don't mean to offend, but where were all you Israeli 'Hammers' before Yossi was linked with the club? :?

i for one said from advance that i'm not a fan, and i do not present myself as one.
i do want to learn about the club, and will watch every game.
hey, i met some great people over here.
even if for some unknown reason yossi won't sign, i'll still want you boys to win every game, especally for the great fans!!!!

Well you have offended, so hang your head in shame!

I don't think it'll cause too many problems, but please don't let this get into a "I'm a bigger fan than you" type nonsense. I know you won't AH, but these threads are easily hijacked.
