Yeah but the version we sing is far closer to the Beatles cover than the Top Notes original which is why I find it funny that it wound them up so much.

Decent game last night. Our defense was immense yet again, top notch. Cole was ****ing abysmal. So was Mullins. And Faubert. Apart from those I've no complaints apart from being chucked out before the end. Scouse twats.

It was nothing really. Was in the scouse end with a couple of mates and it became pretty apparent that I was West Ham (from Bellers shot on) and this group of lads to the right took exception to it. Ended up exchanging a few choice words and a bit more. Things got a bit heated and we were promptly escorted out. Nothing serious but ended up missing the last 20 minutes which I wasn't too happy with.
