Yup. Thats the team that will secure us a draw on tuesday. And I'll be happy with that.
Slow and steady win the race.

Re: Middlesboro v West ham United Match Thread
I think we'll definitely see Diop return to the team on Tuesday.
Would it be harsh to drop Collison? Yes possibly, but if we're playing Cole up top on his own I'd like to see Taylor and Faubert delivering the ball to him.
Got the makings of a good game though. Fancy our chances as Emnes has forgotten how to score

Fancying us to win this, just got a feeling, keep Cole and have Taylor, Faubert with a few good crosses, put Diop in to cover for the back four and let's hope this does the trick.

Re: Middlesboro v West ham United Match Thread
Our most difficult match of the season in my view. Make no mistake about it, they are gonna come out and go for us from the very first minute to the very last and will throw the kitchen sink at us. So,this will be a backs to the wall job, a la Brighton and calls for real men. Bald, unshaven men, playing with the hearts on their sleeves and their teeth out.

They may not have lost at home but how many points have they dropped? Fancy us to win up there.

Re: Middlesboro v West ham United Match Thread
I would swap out Taylor for Collison, just to give us that extra width on the left plus I dont think Collison's fitness is 100% yet as he seemed to be blowing a bit towards the end, still he did run all over the pitch today.Hackney Hammer wrote:

Re: Middlesboro v West ham United Match Thread
If we play a midfield of Noble and Nolan with Diop sitting, Taylor and Faubert on the wings, and Collison coming on for the last 60 bombing through the centre like he was doing today, I think we'll be almost comfortable.
Middlesborough are gonna absolutely go for us though, so we need to use our classic away counter-attack tactic. I'd take a 1-0!

Ah but we're always pretty obliging to someone on a goal drought. Priskin today, Rooney last season etc.HammerMan2004 wrote:Fancy our chances as Emnes has forgotten how to score
