Medium rare sirloin steak, chips, portobello mushrooms and tomatoes last night - a fine way to start the weekend.

Just back in from Preston and Burnley, was starving but too tired to cook, have clocked up around 700 miles this weekend have have done around 8 hours driving today, 10 hours on friday and a full on day yesterday at the match.

Open the fridge and all there is is a bit of pitta bread and some ham which is on the turn, so I had to have that with salad cream :(
