Will these tees be available to ex-pats living in a far off country?

Will there be a pink ... er salmon option?

I think we should all bear in mind Upton Girlie's two points.

Definitely want a T - shirt some of the guys have had great ideas above.

Away days half the crowd will be in KUMB t shirts lol

If there was various designs id probably get a couple. American apparel are a good fit normally, hopefully they wouldnt be big baggy square t shirts.

Likewise, and likewise

All this "Keep Calm..." stuff is like the t-shirt equivalent of dad dancing, imo
That is, it seems to me the wearer mistakenly thinks they are being witty, innovative and original, when in actual fact all they are doing is announcing to the world they are the exact opposite, and have no concept of their lack of cool.

Not that un-cool is, well, un-cool. Each to their own and all that, and I don't want to piss on anyones parade, but not for me

I can't help feeling KUMB could do a lot better than the cliched old "Keep Calm..." stuff that you seem to see everywhere at the moment. There's certainly plenty of scope for plays on words

I KUMB daily

The first thing I do everyday is KUMB

Sometimes at night I KUMB in my pants

etc

Purely as T-shirts:

I don't like the design and the flat out basic advertisement of Kumb.

To me, the best T-Shirts are the ones with the most subtle references.

Like, on film t-shirts instead of a basic advertisement of the film, keep it to a reference that only true fans of the film will know.
It gives off an extra air of class and mutual respect, instead of looking like a media, bandwagon jumping whore.

An ALIENS t-shirt, you'd have a rustic, edgey design saying 'They mostly come at night. Mostly'.
Or for Jaws... "This shark, swallow you whole.."
"Mr Postman... you killed my scooter!!" ... or whatever.

Look at the Misfits... can you imagine l.c wearing one of those skull t-shirts?
But what about one with more of a subtle design, with a short lyric?

So, in light of this, I think the subtle references to in-jokes on Kumb could be a good idea.

Bollox, you've quoted me now, so I can't go back and tone it down.... I bit my tongue yesterday when I saw this thread, and maybe I should have just kept my opinion to myself today

Like I say, I don't want to piss anyone's parade, each to their own, etc. If there's a demand, who am I to say that it's a bad idea

It's just that personally all the "Keep Calm..." stuff is really starting to grate with me, as it seems to be everywhere and on everything. My work has incorporated it into some really cringeworthy marketting, I've seen it on mugs, clothes pegs holders, aprons, tea-towels, you name it

Apologies if my previous post came across a bit strong, but whereas I'd maybe be interested in some KUMB merchandise, those t-shirts ain't for me

Have to agree with RARS's post. Especially the above ^^^

Apologies if it seemed I was attempting to slate anything to do with the world's greatest website (Moore than just a website.....), which was the last thing I intended.... (I'll just keep grovelling, shall I?!)

Just not into those designs myself, and agree with RARS that I'd personally favour a more subtle reference. It wasn't my intention to diss anyone who likes them

Gents: I asked who would be interested in buying one, not for essays spelling out the reasons why you won't...

I'm sure that, in due course, other designs will be made available as per before, should we decide to proceed with our potential new suppliers. But for now, all I want to know, for this particular exercise, as per my original post, is who WOULD be interested.

Thank you

Wore a number of them through my teens/twenties, pretty much until they fell apart :D

But no; I wouldn't nowadays; too blatant as RARS was alluding to, plus that band have whored their logo out worse than Krusty the Klown.

As is often the case, I appear to have failed to deliver my message in the manner in which it was intended...

All of your constructive input IS appreciated and I will certainly be canvassing y'all for design ideas (as mentioned previously) - just as soon as we've negotiated this first hurdle.

Hope that's come across slightly better and that I have manged to un-offend anyone who took umbrage at my previous post

ps. If all goes to plan we hope to have the design illustrated in the OP on sale later today.
