Well, with your life being that boring, it is a good job that you have them to brighten your evening.

It's called parenthood & starting a new job this year, something they wouldn't know about.

Tesco finest dine in for two.
Beef in red wine sauce with mash potato. American Style cheesecake for desert. 5/10. Needed more beef, tasted decent though. The mash potato was sloppy and look like the school dinner slop to used to get (i did used to love that though)

Last night was fish pie.
Tonight is my stepson's birthday dinner and he chose a homemade curry, thank god. Could have been far worse.
Las tnight I did a beef madras and cooked 31 homemade onion bhajis. Mrs MM is currently cooking a massive industrial sized vat of chicken tikka massala and spicy potatoes, will be served with mushroom fried rice and naans and should be far more palatable than yet another draw tonight!

New 'sausage' shop has opened up around the corner from work today, they do some decent sounding sausages along with burgers, kebabs, marinaded chicken pieces and even curry. Picked up a couple of mexican burgers and quite a few pork, apple and cinnamon sausages for dinner.

The spicy potatoes were leftover from the previous nights curry, so cheap and easy too.

Think I'm going to do 2 fried egg, cubed potatoes fried with herbs and spices and baked beans to accompany my pork shoulder steak which is defrosting at home in the fridge

I had that last night as well, I hope yours tasted as good as mine, they were lovely. Tonight I'll be having lamb and mint sausages with creamy mash and mushy peas.
