Was running late for body pump, chocolate and macadamia nut cereal; natural yoghurt and blueberries.... Nearly threw it up doing crunches

Plain organic yoghurt with chopped banana's, dried cranberries and raisins added. A very large Jez -Vey (Turkish coffee pot) of home made Turkish coffee - strong, black and sweet followed by an Actimel and two vitamin tabs.

All helps with the hangover ;)
