Hope he stays next season and gets even better.
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadHe is everything you need in a striker! Great performance today, what a penalty too!
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadShame we didn't have him last year instead of Obinna !
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadI ****ing love him.
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadSigning an in form player and him carrying that form with us, who'd have thought it?! I think he's been exactly what we had been lacking. Keep it up Vaz
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadTop man.
Has been a great signing! Loved his penno today.. Even cracked a little dance.
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadWith the way he's gone this season, I suspect he'd be a hard player to keep hold of if we don't go up. He must be knocking on the door of 20 goals, most of them at that tinpot Barnsley outfit we played last week which makes the feat even more impressive.
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadStarting to look a good bit of business now signing him, great performance from the lad today.
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadWe have a forward player who knows where the back of the net is. Ger rid, It just seems too f*cking weird
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadJust like the Reading game looked totally gutted at the whistle, or he's just a fish faced c*nt.
Either way I love him.
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadHe's a player who not only can score, create, take the game to opponents but he also has an unpredictability that brings a new dimension to the team. He is the type of player we have so far lacked this season and who makes other teams worry and their managers change tactics in order to try to negate him. All that is good for us.

Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadIt took some b*llocks taking that penalty today and he was first to pick-up the ball and smash it away!
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadFantastic signing. Wasn't too sure about him for the first one or two matches, but well done to the fella. Keep it up
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadJust want to say, again, that this bloke is the ****ing mustard!
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadQuick, unpredictable, tricky, and makes for the perfect outlet... Something we had been desperately lacking before Jan, first name on the team sheet every time for me at the moment
Is Vaz Te better than Cole?Do you think Ricardo Vaz Te is a better player than Carlton Cole? Or perhaps just going through a purple patch?
Re: Is Vaz Te better than Cole?Vaz Te is on great form at the moment, and Cole's has been a bit rocky lately (scored what was IMO a great goal today though and had an amazing shot a few minutes later). However when Cole was on form that man was un playable against.
In conclusion, both are great when playing well.
Re: Is Vaz Te better than Cole?On current form, yes.
Re: Is Vaz Te better than Cole? They play in different positions and contribute different things so the question is a bit moot. You could ask is Green better than Tomkins?
Re: The Ricardo Vaz Te Appreciation ThreadThe thing that impresses me most about him is that he seems comfortable running at defences from all over the pitch. Great on both wings, and can turn people inside out through the middle as well.
