Beginning to have my doubts.

I read up to page 45 but it's time for bed, but did anyone mention Gary O'Neil tonight? Brilliant performance, he really makes that shape work. Winston immense too. Everyone was excellent although Vaz looked tired or injured so no blame attached, Carlton you beautiful man, exactly what we needed! Let's do that again twice more

Outstanding performance....everyone put a shift in.

A few contenders for MotM, Cole, Tomka, Reid, Noble, but for me Collison edged it, two goals - absolutely ran his nuts off while he was on. Don't get me wrong CC put in an immense shift also, on more than one occasion he had two Cardiff defenders on him - three at one point on the closest touchline towards the end. Tomka was on the end of everything, Reid was solid, Taylor was banging the crosses in, Demel solid and firing crosses in, Noble immense, Nolan - fantastic captain - solid and unlucky not to score, McCartney solid, Greeno - FKN Legend giving it to the Cardiff fans at the end........

Roll on Tuesday 2am down here, FK going to work !!!!!

Reid and Tomka work so well together, perfect season this to further their development too. Never had a shirt with a players name and number on before, but my folks came back from New Zealand with a NZ national shirt with Reid on the back for me. Wore it to the game saturday, wore it tonight, best wear it at UP on monday too.

Great performance, the balance has come and we look such a team, something we havent done in years. COYI

Great point. When Sam came in, he instantly knew the quality these two boys possess, which is why he was so quick to ship out Da Costa when the rest of us thought he was going to be an important player for us. Sam has used this season to mould and mature them, ready for the PL. One thing above anything else i trust Big Sam with is the defence, everywhere he's managed he's built a great back line, for example he trusted Salgado at Blackburn a couple of years ago when everyone else thought he was over the hill, turned out to be an inspired signing.

I have no doubt that our back four next season will consist of Demel - Tomkins - Reid - (?), they have all the quality to be successful in the big time and this season will have given them the experience to boot.

Great result. Well done to all the lads for a solid display. Great save by their keeper from Cole's header though. That would have killed the tie. Can't wait for Monday now.

A good shift tonight.
Not to take anything away from the Hammers but I thought Cardiff were really poor. Couldn't keep the ball, shooting was abysmal and an all around lack lustre performance.
Again tho can't take anything away from us everyone put forward a great effort.

Just got back, great game. Everyone went mental when we scored both our goals...everything was perfect from team lineup, to effort, to the subs being done at exactly the right time. Allardyce certainly done his homework there.

I think cardiffs fans near the away end must have spent the whole game watching us rather then the match in front of them. I would have expected more from them but they were **** from the off and couldn't even sell out for a playoff semi final.

Solid, effective, proffessional performance that. Bodes well for the business end of the season.

Just want a bit of clarification on something. I'm an aussie, so I dont really know the background, but was the resounding chorus of "god save the queen" just taking the piss out of the Welsh? It felt like it when I heard it and the thought made me giggle.
