Baked chicken curry with rice (Hugh Fearnley-Shittingspants recipe). Also home made naans that I fully expect to be a disaster.

Got a couple of burgers for dinner, wanted to do one of them Man V food style burgers and lump everything in it but realised I don't have all that much so just cheese on it for me.

Home-made fish pie.
Smoked haddock, sweetcorn, stilton sauce, topped with buttery mash and grated applewood cheese.

Yesterdays was minced beef, onion and carrot pie, mash made with cheese, garlic and chives and onion gravy. Top notch it was too. Today I shall season some chicken breasts and fill them with cheese, wrap the breasts in bacon cook in foil for about 25 minutes, taking them out of the foil for the last 5 to crisp up the bacon. Got some mash left from yesterday so Im going to make some potato balls, cover in breadcrumbs and fry for about 5 minutes. Cant decide on a sauce to go with it yet

Nigel Slater's griddled chicken marinated in lemon, mint and chilli. Served on a bed of Ainsley's lemon couscous.

I had this last week - great recipe. He's got some blinders under his sleeve, my favourite chef by a mile.
