Really hope we have one like Copenhagen away last year or 1860 a few years back.
Marseille would be nice.

I heard it was Germany too.

It was at the very least third hand though and Dresden was mentioned.

Blimey - you're getting on a bit for a tour. You must be about 171 years old if you were 20 on the 1860 WHU tour

what was that line (cant say i heard it fully) that the german skins trotted out at the station something like "ve are bayern and ve come to fight ze west ham" (faf)
I do recall us nearly not going to the game though, we'd comnsumed a lot and was too chilled in the english garten. Also recall wanstead trying like mad in the stadium to get la la la la la la la , la la la ...west ham off the ground , then he vanished for 3 days . Arh the memories

Remember all that well (though obviously not with your lot had the same experience it seems!!)

didnt it go off on the train on the way back with them. the train seemed to stop at some random station forever.

I remember wanstead singing la la la la la west ham all ****ing game  even whilst he was at the top of the fence that went round the away end swinging his shirt above his head.

mental.

i'd be happy with another german trip.

Correct about Dresden. I emailed a German friend and he said there's a few bits in the papers today over there and it's probably 27th or 28th July He also said that it will be a bit like a Millwall game, their fans want it big time!

has the potential to be a bit naughty this one. not the friendliest part of germany and with the british history thrown in.

can only imagine that we wouldnt be going all that way to play 1 game against some **** division 2 side. must be another game somewhere too so a 2 city break
