Can certainly see one of us winning if this keeps up

I foolishly mentioned the draw, but didn't take it.

Superb goal against the run of play.

How many times have we seen West Brom and Fulham do that.

That did the trick, I post a negative comment and we score a class goal.

Now this is really an England game. Nick a goal against the run of play, slow the tempo second half and nick a 1-0 win

A tipical display of Belgium too,and if you're wondering why with all those talented players we still fail to qualify.

Because it is very often an ineffective wannabe barcelona style, with lots of short passes and double passes, just without any end product.
And we allways make silly mistakes at the back and get punished.(granted without Kompany today)

England didn't create much, but still had the best opportunities. we didn't create anything, just alot of Possesion.

i wish you english alot of luck during the euro's but i doubt that this team will have enough against the real top teams.

keil

I was about to ask that very question.....

Maybe a little "final ball" missing, but fkcu me they play some nice stuff...And as you say without Kompany. Isn't de Bruyne Belgian ? ~ thought he might have gotten a run out and I was just going to ask about Lukaku and he arrives....

De Bruyne is also Belgian, but he got injured the last game of the season. We also still have Aldeweireld the defender from Ajax and Courtois, the chelsea goalie that plays for Atletico Madrid. We have an incredible amount of talent, but lack a number 9.And every game they have this cock ups at the back.

Plus, everybody has told them how good they are,and they have a bit more attitude then acceptable if you haven't achieved anything of substance with the national team.

It will now be interesting to see who will be the new coach of the national team. It could be Wilmots, but if Gerets gets sacked as Moroccan national coach they will try and get him as he is a bit of legend here.
