If we want rid of Baldock he'll go, there will be clubs eager to take him, especially on loan. I hope its a loan, teams couldnt handle his movement last year, and that is the hardest thing to teach, so his youth should really work in his and our favour for the future.

I'd rather take Zaha over Rhodes. Feel he has the potential to be really really good and really shone in the Championship, whereas Rhodes is unproven above League 1, despite being a great goalscorer at that level.

I keep banging on about this but Diame would be my number 1 target were I in Sam's position. Exactly what we need to round out our midfield, would be a great foil for Noble. Rodallega I'm not so keen on.

My thing with Rodallega is that hes free so the risk is low. His goalscoring is a real worry, but he looks to have a lot going for him in his game, strong fast and mobile, good brain and a little bit tricky. If you can get him into a goalscoring rhythm then hes a revelation, and for no money (other than wages etc etc) it could be a gamble worth taking. Depending on who we have and Sam's confidence in them, I think the intent to get more than one striker (or so it seems) in suggests we may play some games with two up.

He's not De Jong like in his discipline, hes not Toure like in his all round drive from midfield, but hes got some of both. If he can be told to sit in deep he could be the legs and anchor we've missed.
