I was lucky enough to work on a big sports awards earlier in the year and my Decathlon hero was ducking in and out of the Dorchester. ALWAYS in a track suit - I halk expected him to turn up for the actual awards in a Evening Suit styled track suit. Nice chap though.

Saw Manilow at the Savoy last week and struth he looked like he had just been exhumed!

I was pulled up on stage as a kid at a pantomime he was appearing in Catford. I remember him asking what team I supported so of course I said West Ham, and got loudly booed by the audience. As I left the stage he gave me a Double Decker chocolate bar as a thank you....I never knew about the 'Double Deckers' link until now so I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, I only knew him as Gloria.

Derek Chisora, Louis Spence, Russell Brand, Katie Waissel (however you spell it) from X-Factor, in the foyer of the cinema of the premiere of Rock of Ages last night.

Russell was quite happy to chat, the rest were miserable ****ers.

I would like to talk to him, just to get him to say 'She sells sea shells sitting on the sea shore whilst eating sizzling sausages and drinking strawberry soda' on the proviso that I would have an umbrella to hide from all the spit, just hear how much he would sound like Daffy Duck.

Watched the England / France game at a LIFFE bash last week
Alvin Martin, Phil "Yes Boss" Neal, Cyrille Regis (lot smaller than i imagined) and MArk Hately there.

Then the next day saw Alan Brazil (not for the first time) in Bow Churchyard on the phone bollocking someone and very red in the face (i.e. pissed)
