Cant say that 6m is a lot for a proven scorer in this day and age. I am delighted if the board are backing Big Sam with a transfer he so keenly wants. 17 goals last year and, you cant have it both ways, if he's 31, he's also been scoring goals for a few years (he has). Goals will be at a premium and survival will be worth a damned sight more than 6m.

I would welcome him for one - :thup:
