Paella. Enough to feed an army.

White onion, red onion, salad onion, celery, peas, yellow pepper, orange pepper, chilli, garlic, king prawns, chicken, chorizo.

Easily one of my favourite meals usually have to accompany it with a pint though!

Wasn't up to really cooking last night so..

Beans on heavily buttered toast, loads of grated cheese, two poached eggs with a side of warm pitta bread, was gorgeous.

had a late lunch so ended up having a cheese board with a bottle of red....goat cheese..farmhouse cheddar..ripe brie and some st agur blue cheese....an apple and a few dates ..a little dijon mustard........made a change ! :wink:
