Tracy-Ann Oberman in Selfridges. Played Chrissie in Bellenders a few years ago. Looks nice in the flesh.

About 3 weeks ago now but bumped into Darren Bent in the Bull Ring. He recognised the London accent and spoke to me for about 5 minutes whilst about 25 sixteen year olds waited to get a picture with him. Really decent bloke but really didn't want to talk about England/the Euros. Seemed absolutely gutted he wasn't there

Max Clifford. I'm struggling the last time I walked into town & didn't see the b*stard or his motor (Silver Rolls reg 100 MAX). He has a definite preference for parking on double yellows, or ideally, bus stops.

The c*nt.

Last week Lord Coe in the Donkey at Tilford, TBH I forgot he lived nearby. Still with makeup on as he had come direct from a TV interview, and no I didn't ask him for tickets. ;)

Which reminds me I haven't seen Bobby Zamora in there lately.

Early on Saturday morning I saw Alex Song doing his shopping at Holloway Road Morrisons. He must have had about 80 eggs and 48 cans of coke in his trolley.

Only saw his face for a second or so, but I swear I walked past Dean Ashton in Cheddar Gorge today.

Do you know Daniel, I couldn't get over how small she is - she could only be 5,5. She's not a bulky as when she appeared on I'm a Celeb and if anything not as manly as I imagined.

Very nice lady, who was talking to lots of people on the train. Makes a change from the normal commute and general breed of miserable fckers.

5'5"? I'd have guessed her at more like 5'10". Funny how TV does that to a person. Never seen her on I'm a Celebrity, so don't have that for reference, but she always looked tall in an arena.

Only ever seemed to be a lovely person, though, and it doesn't surprise me that she was happy to chat to commuters.

Sad that I can only think of 4 GB javelin throwers - Whitbread, Tessa Sanderson, Steve Backley and Mick Hill. Used to be an event we were good at - along with many other athletic sports, seems to have fallen by the wayside.

The Malian sprint team in Runners Need, Camden, trying to buy running shoes! You'd have thought they'd bring them with.
They were extremely rude arrogant imperious and kept demanding top of the range gear for which they had no money to pay for! Their british volunteer escorts were very embarrassed. Only 2 runners but 4 Malian officials on a free jolly to London.

What - get clattered from behind by Mary Decker, and then disqualified for being in her way?
