The manager of the month award. Or as I like to call it, the Guardiola, Tuchel and Klopp appreciation society.
It’ll be Tuchel’s turn this month.
It used to be that the managerial awards were quite fairly spread out, but now the top team managers nearly always win. Very strange.

It's a popularity contest voted for by the fans.
The bigger the fanbase, the more likely their manager will win.

Arteta won it last month and Nuno the month before.

You could argue "Big Six" bias there. There seemed to be more nuance before they added the fan/media members to the committee. A guy at a bottom club getting two wins can easily be a better achievement than Man City getting four on the bounce.
1000th game tonight and he got the lineup and formation totally wrong, only had 999 games to practice
Seriously though, did well to change the personnel and formation and only a fluke own goal took the win from us, hopefully we'll win some silverware he deserves it

Strange that managers that win the most games win the awards...... yeah, very odd that IB.
The Moyesiah on December 30th 2019 during his first press conference back as manager:
“There is a capability of this team being in a good position. There were three occasions were they could have gone third in the league. Obviously that won’t happen this season but that’s not to say it won’t happen in the future.”
"I challenge myself, I have to win. I am not going out to get a draw or a loss, I want a win. Look at Liverpool at the moment and without going over the top it is hard to pick a better team at the moment.
"I think I am the same manager [as at Everton] but have had to work out myself how to get better. We all have to try and keep improving. I hope and believe my best time is still to come and at the moment I've got really good players who play with incredible character."
