Little things in life that make you smile

Anything goes in The Snug, General Discussion's rebellious little brother. An off-topic den of iniquity where any subject not covered elsewhere may be discussed. Well, anything except golf, Star Wars and Arsenal.

Often I don't like old tweets being dug up by saddos trying to get other people in trouble.

On this occasion though... :)

Shameful behaviour.
A friend of mine went on a date with a bloke who fell asleep in the cinema and snored, she nudged him awake the first time but when he fell asleep again and started snoring she got up and moved. He sent her a text after film ended asking where she was and whether she fancied going for a drink but she declined.

That really made me chuckle.

EDIT - as did something I read elsewhere today about Chelsea's Timo Werner, along the lines of 'he's the only player who would set out to sh*t his own pants - and miss!'

The absolute ridiculousness of me demolishing a vegetarian Spanish Pisto and roasted new potatoes I made (that serves 4). I make no apology for leaving nothing for tumbledown lunches or the Mrs. :smiler:

Got to love two day hangover food.

EDIT : I'M SUFFERING. Send Help. :crylol:

There's no M in ' Let It Snow ' so how could he have rearranged the letters to read Melon Tits .

And that's why Mum went to Iceland and not Countdown .

Loads of people at my work decided to attend this year's Xmas party mainly because it guaranteed them the afternoon off work.

A couple of them, that never attend anything like this were being particularly smug about it.

Xmas party cancelled today so now they all have to go in as normal.
