Proper mustard today.

That Bailey looked like a little child. Didn't even look that quick.

Defensively he truly is elite. Was better with the ball today as well.

If Bowen got injured, play Coufal and BJ.

Come on, he is doing great but not right forward. Surely Vlasic comes in?

He’s a big version of his uncle. And I mean that in a very good way.

Has certainly caught the eye in the last few games, and today's goal was the cherry on the cake.......not many genuinely two-footed defenders about, and even fewer with the confidence to come in and strike one home with their weak one.

And to think some thought he should’ve been dropped for Coufal! Another solid performance from Benjamin today. Sadly his clean sheet run is over. Albeit no fault of his own. But what a cracking way to get his first goal of the season. I am sure he scored a fairly similar goal in pre-season?

I thought it was a shame we didn’t get the ball on the right hand side a little bit more as he and Bowen had Targett on toast through parts of that 1st half especially.

It makes it even more of a joy to see his performances when you see what a really lovely kid he is. Nice touch to mimic his viral dancing with his goal celebration too! :D

Where’s the new contract?

He appears as though he's just come off of the 'fat lookalikes' segment of TFI Friday...

He's really stepped up his game at his favoured RB spot.

Two good right backs. Has that ever happened at West Ham before?

Loved the interview with Declan after the game. Seems like such a lovely lad and so pleased for him and his goal.

I know we're playing well at the moment, but offering bj's to right backs is going a little far I think.

As well as scoring the opener, Ben Johnson won more tackles [8/8] and made more interceptions [4] than any other player on the pitch vs. Aston Villa.

I could see it from day dot he'd be this good. Just love the way he operates on either flank. Uber professional for one so young in the game. Much like Rice, they understand the importance of being a real team player who does the basics right more often than not. Should get an England call up within the next couple of seasons.

I'm not sure I really class Fredericks as a good right back, more of a RWB. Much like Masuaku is a good LWB but is not a LB, but yeah we're well stocked on that right side right now, which is weird for us.
