The young striker was drafted in to support Carlton Cole during the summer of 2009 despite barely being old enough to sign pro terms.

Nouble made his name at Chelsea as a youngster but stunned the Blues when he decided to join up with Gianfranco Zola and Steve Clarke at the Boleyn Ground.

It proved to be a shrewd move for the youngster was given a run-out in the first team within weeks of signing - something that would never had happened had he remained at Stamford Bridge.
