West Ham's Alan Pardew shares his thoughts following the massively disappointing 0-2 defeat against Sheffield United.

"After the Ipswich game I did not feel there was any pressure on me, but after a performance like today's you have to say it is back on. It is a results business, and you can't get away from that.

"I am not going to stand here and keep defending our inconsistency. Sheffield United were better than us in every area today.

"Some of our individual displays today were not good enough. The effort and work-rate that were there at Ipswich were not there in this game.

"That is the problem with this team."
