Hammers live in Oz

Australian and New Zealand-based Hammers will be able to watch this Monday's play-off final in a series of venues across the countries.

The game is being shown in venues across the two countries for the benefit of the many thousands of ex-pats who will be cheering the Hammers on from the other side of the globe.

Cities in which the game is being broadcast include Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Christchurch and Wellington. Tickets are priced at $26 each.
