Mark Noble is set to join Championship side Hull City on a month's loan.
18-year-old Noble - who has barely played for the first team this season - is set to join Peter Taylor's side next week.City boss Taylor, confirming the deal said:
"Mark is a very talented young player and we're delighted to have him on board here.
"I think he's got a future at the highest level but for the time being he will get some excellent first-team experience here with us.
"The reports I've had from several different people who know him very well tell me Mark is a fantastic player and a great lad.
"It's a great boost for us to have such a promising young Premiership player here at Hull City."
Local boy Noble - who grew up in Newham - has managed just six appearances for the first team this season despite playing a major role in West Ham's promotion from the Champiopnship last term; his last game coming in the 3-2 defeat at Blackburn on December 10th.
