Ins...* Today's Daily Mail claims that the Hammers have made enquiries into the availability of Panathinaikos right-back Bryce Moon and Bonchum centre half Antar Yahia. South African Moon, 22, affectionately known by P.A.O fans as 'Scooter' due to his pace has received rave reviews in Greece since moving from Alax Cape Town last year whilst the 26-year-old French-born Algerian international Yahia has impressed Hammers chiefs despite having started just seven games in the Bundesliga this season.
* Cardiff City's Joe Ledley has admitted that he is honoured to be linked with West Ham, after press reports earlier this week claimed United were set to make a £5million move for the left-sided midfielder. 22-year-old Ledley told reporters: "it is great to be linked to a Premier League club and if I continue playing well, then who knows what might happen?"
* West Ham are said to be just one of a number of Premier League clubs rumoured to be taking an interest in Crystal Palace youngster Ben Watson. Middlesbrough had been considered the most likely to snap up the 23-year-old midfielder, who is valued around the £2million mark, but Fulham and the Hammers are now rumoured to have joined the hunt according to today's Sun.
