Young Hammers fan Jonjo Heuerman has achieved his target of raising £10,000 for the Bobby Moore Fund.

The eight-year-old Hammers fan, a season ticket holder in the West Lower along with his parents completed a three-day walk from Wembley to Upton Park yesterday afternoon.

Upon entering the Boleyn Ground prior to kick-off against Liverpool little Jonjo received rapturous applause from both sets of supporters as he went on a much-deserved lap of honour to mark the end of his marathon 72-hour campaign.

And according to his fundraising page - which you can find at www.justgiving.com/fornannyandbobby - he has already raised in excess of £11,000, with further donations set to raise the bar even higher.

As revealed here on KUMB.com last August, Jonjo underwent the 26-mile walk in memory of his grandmother Lyn, who passed away recently from bowel cancer.

The Bobby Moore Fund was a natural choice of charity given that United and England legend Moore also died from the disease, aged just 51.
