For those who haven’t quite worked out what day it is yet...

We can confirm that, as far as we are aware, Sam has not entered next year’s Mastermind quiz, though we’re sure that he’d make a decent fist of it if he did (which we're sure would dissapoint those of you looking forward to the manager repeatedly saying the word "pass"!)

If you had any doubts surely the idea of anyone losing out in a quiz to Jason "Trigger" McAteer should have given you a clue?!

In case you were wondering Sam does, however, possess a Fellowship from Bolton University and did actually enter the UK Open Darts Championship back in 2003. The things you learn eh?!
