Five games to go, five wins needed... Stick with KUMB.com to catch all the action live from this afternoon's vital Championship encounter with Birmingham City.

Chris Hughton's Birmingham side arrive at the Boleyn Ground having taken nine points out of nine from their last three fixtures, each of which they've won 3-1 (against Doncaster, Burnley and Crystal Palace).

Meanwhile Sam Allardyce's side, fresh from the 4-0 routing of Barnsley at Oakwell on Friday evening know they need a win to maintain their hopes of automatic promotion.

Live updates from Upton Park will be provided throughout the afternoon on our forum match thread, which may be found here: www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=139660.

And for those supporters unable to attend this afternoon's match, a number of streams should be available from which you may watch the action live via the web - should you not have access to SkySports, who are transmitting the game live.

As usual, any available video - or audio - feeds will be listed in our streaming thread at www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=133293 (a number of which have been posted already).

KUMB.com will, as always, bring you match summaries at both half time and the final whistle, with the thoughts of both managers to follow this evening/tomorrow morning and those of the opposition fans sometime tomorrow.

Meanwhile, if you've not already had the chance to take a look check out Preview Percy's unique look ahead to the game here: www.kumb.com/article.php?id=3021.
