Reports tonight suggest that Ravel Morrison is set to join Birmingham City on loan.
The former Manchester United youngster joined West Ham in January having been let go by the Premier League runners-up after Red Devils boss Alex Ferguson finally lost his patience with the player.
But KUMB understand tonight that the 19-year-old - who has made just one substitute appearance for West Ham's first team - is set to join Championship side City on loan for an as yet undetermined period.
Despite having joined West Ham on their recent tour of Germany, Morrison flew back to England after just two days at the team's base citing illness. However reports emanating from the club a few days later claimed that Morrison was instead suffering from toothache.
The waters were muddied further last week when the precocious midfielder was said to be in Disneyland, having sent a series of Tweets from the theme park.
Further rumours suggest that the youngster was told his days at the club were numbered having fallen out with assistant manager Neil McDonald. That followed previous rumours of a bust-up with club captain Kevin Nolan.
