Carlton Cole has finally completed his return to West Ham.
The striker, who celebrated his 30th birthday yesterday, has signed a three-month contract with the Hammers having convinced Sam Allardyce that he is fully fit once again.Cole made his long awaited comeback for West Ham in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Chalrton Athletic last week, which the visitors won 4-2.
Having come through that test unscathed, Cole was offered the new contract - five months after he first left West Ham, having refused to accept the club's original contract offer.
