No need for an introduction this week, you all know what to expect from our dear friends in N17. Enjoy this week's Opposition View...
"Last night was a perfect chance to kick start our season, a new feel at the club started with a nice win and a semi final on the horizon - but we couldn't even manage that. Now all everyone is talking about is doom and gloom and what happens next. How did we lose to that sh*t? They are beyond awful and have beaten us twice at home, it really is a living nightmare. I can't remember the last time I felt this low supporting Spurs. There is a dark cloud hanging over the club..."

"This defeat represents a low point for me personally. With the team we had and the team they had we should have wiped the floor with them. It seems we lack the confidence to go forward once we score. If Soldado had been on instead of Defoe it would have been a diiferent game. I'm f*cking embarrassed..."

"I don't care about getting knocked out of the League Cup, I just hate losing to teams like f*cking West Ham United."
- Reg
Proud to lead the team out but disappointed about the result. We all need to stick together cause there's light at the end of the tunnel

"I thought we were a bit average first half. Positive was West Ham had very few chances.
In the second half we opened up which allowed West Ham more space near our box. That coupled with a lack of complacency which was presumably caused by tiredness meant they were having good chances. However, we were creating a lot of chances as well. Once our goal went in we should of killed it with another goal. We did not and in the end they deserved to win. They created a number of clear chances and just had more desire than us."

"I have come to terms that we are not as good as I think we are and are at best the sixth or seventh team in the Premiership, but losing to such an inferior team as West Ham again this season is absolute bullsh*t. I really want a goddamn trophy this season and what do we do, lose to a team that will be mired in relegation all year long. I know we still have the FA Cup and the Europa, but the League Cup was our best chance for silverware. C'mon Levy. Let's bring in somebody who can steer us back in the right direction and into top four contention and win some trophies. Whether it be De Boer, Yakin, Laudrup, Pochettino, Capello, etc...we need someone asap."

"I feared West Ham would hurt us in the air and they did all night. How three Englishmen could pick a team so weak in the air is beyond me. Well it's not actually, it's football, crazy game for sad people like to follow. We've now lost our biggest game of the season so far, and unless we do something in the Europa League it could well be our biggest game of the season, because top four, no way - and Woolwich away in the FA Cup? Good luck to any optimists out there but our squad simply isn't as good many thought it was. This was a poor (by Prem standards) West Ham side that beat us on our own pitch."

"People are saying our fans were brilliant last night and I hate to say it, but we weren't.
I was sat in the Paxton surrounded by people moaning and the majority of the time I could only really hear West Ham fans. For about a minute after we scored the atmosphere rose and it felt like every Spurs fan was singing. Then that died out and it was back to being that one corner of the Shelf/Park Lane. Negative atmosphere in the stands, negative atmosphere on the pitch. Coincidence? "

"The performance from all the playing staff is nothing short of disgusting. They are all literally sh*t."
