New signing Roger Johnson is set for a baptism of fire when the Hammers face Manchester City at the Etihad this evening.
Johnson - who represented Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship for the first half of the season - is thrust back into the limelight tonight as he makes his West Ham debut against the title-challengers in the first meeting of this two-legged tie.For those unable to attend the game in person, live updates will be provided throughout the evening on our forum match thread, which may be found here: kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=151189.
Meanwhile any live video streams (of which there are likely to be many) will be listed in our 2013/14 season streaming thread at www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=148191. As always, you use these at your own peril.
KUMB.com will, as always, bring you a match summary at the final whistle, with the thoughts of both Sam Allardyce and his opposite number Manuel Pellegrini to follow later this evening/tomorrow morning.
In the run-up to kick off, join Preview Percy for all the facts - well, sort of - and figures in his match preview at www.kumb.com/article.php?id=3344. Statistics provided as always by John Northcutt.
