West Ham United supporters travelling to Saturday's FA Cup fifth-round tie at West Bromwich Albion should take note of the following important travel news.

Due to repair work following a landslip in the Banbury area, train services between London Marylebone and Birmingham will be disrupted.

Rapid replacement buses are running between Leamington Spa and Banbury. However, this means some journeys could take up to 60 minutes longer than normal.

Supporters can follow updates relating to this incident on Twitter using the hashtag #BanburyTrains.

Fans travelling to The Hawthorns can take an alternative route from London Euston to Birmingham New Street, as track and signalling work to improve the main line scheduled for this weekend has been postponed.

Services leave Euston every 20 minutes at .03, .23 and .43 minutes past the hour, with a journey time of one hour and 24 minutes.

From New Street, fans need to walk the short distance - around ten minutes - to Birmingham Snow Hill, from where it is just a six-minute ride to The Hawthorns.

After the game, services leave The Hawthorns for Snow Hill at 14.49, 15.07 and 15,09. From there, fans should walk back to New Street for connecting trains back to London.

* Ryan Littlestone adds: "Any tickets purchased on that route before the landslide can be used on Euston-departing trains (Virgin or London Midland) on a train departing within 30 minutes either side of your original train time.
