West Ham United's final season at the Boleyn Ground ends with the visit of Swansea City on the penultimate weekend of the campaign.
The Hammers will bid farewell to their home of the last 111 years against the the Welsh club - who first played at the Boleyn in January 1922 - on Saturday, 7 May.At the other end of the season, it's a reasonably tricky start for the Hammers who will face Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City in their opening five fixtures.
Boxing Day sees West Ham on the road once again, with Aston Villa the destination. There are no New Years' Day fixtures but the following day, West Ham host Liverpool.
The campaign ends favourably with only Manchester United from the established 'big four' to face during the run-in - and draws to a final conclusion at the Hawthorns against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday, 15 May.
